How strong is Tobirama Senju in Naruto

Tobirama Senju is the younger brother of Hashirama as we all know from the Senju Clan which was a very strong and well known clan. Tobirama grew in a harsh environment always fighting rival clans like the Uchiha.

For years he honed his skills and was able to fight on equal grounds with Izuna Uchiha the brother of Madara Uchiha but ultimately thanks to his high-level techniques he killed him.

Tobirama was able to use all 5 Chakra Natures, extremely skilled with swords he has displayed the use of high level water style jutsu against 3rd Hokage Hiruzen and Izuna. Tobirama is a ninjutsu master he can create water dragons and flood entire areas, also he can shoot from his mouth high pressure water needle attacks.
